Tanjin has been a great help in our family. She was able to start work early mornings and she has flexible schedule so she was always there when I needed babysitter for my son. Before starting your search, take a little time to figure out what your needs are. Full-time support? Part-time care? On-call help? Make a wish list of necessary and preferred characteristics so you can apply the right filters to our web tool.
